Announcement regarding an investment proposal, pursuant to Article 95, Paragraph 1 of the Environmental Protection Act.

To the attention of landowners in the areas of the town of Galabovo and the village of Pyasachevo:

We inform you that the "Electricity System Operator" EAD has the following investment proposal (IP):"New 110kV connection power line from land plot 18280.503.34 to the Maritsa East substation (400/220/110kV), land plot 59210.30.91, and relocation of two 220kV overhead lines associated with its construction."

The subject of this investment proposal is the construction of a new 110kV overhead power line from the solar power plant substation to the Maritsa East substation, using steel lattice towers with bolted construction, featuring anti-corrosion protection through hot-dip galvanization. The line will consist of two three-phase conductors of type ACO-400 and an OPGW (Optical Ground Wire) with integrated optical fibers. Additionally, the relocation of the existing 220kV overhead lines is planned to facilitate the implementation of the project.

The project is being carried out in connection with the integration of renewable energy sources in the Maritsa East region.

The project will be implemented in the following areas:

• EKATTE 18280, town of Galabovo, municipality of Galabovo, Stara Zagora region.

• EKATTE 59210, village of Pyasachevo, municipality of Simeonovgrad, Haskovo region.
